The oatmeal plays a central part in many athlete’s life, dieters and many people with high cholesterol levels also consume more and more. High fibre content is able to slow down digestion and thereby stabilizes the blood glucose level. It improves the general condition of the bones and blood vessels. Many people simply consumed mixed with yoghurt or pour a little milk, but many ways to use. We share with you these three simple ideas.
You can make a super-small energy balls from the oatmeal, and you do not have to bother that much with them. You have to get some dried dates, peanut butter, and chia seeds and put into the blender. Just so blend them together that is not yet fully cream consistency. Then add the oatmeal, knead small balls of it, then put it in the fridge for a few hours to stand together. I actually like hazelnuts, a little cocoa fat and you can add any seeds, and ingredients what you like to create your own.
