Ten billion forints for emergency child care
The accident and emergency child care will get 10 billion forints for developments - announced by Thomas Köpeczi Bócz, the Secretary of State of the EU development policy’s in Budapest, at Heim Pál Children's Hospital. He said, that the hospitals in the countryside will get 5.5 billion, and 4.5 billion was drawn up by the national methodological materials. The leader of the professional program will be the Heim Pál Children's Hospital.
The program may start in September, and the necessary investments will begin in the next year. Zoltan Ónodi-Szűcs, the State Secretary of Health said, that in the last hundred years they haven’t done such a big development in child care. All of the hospitals which have level 3 intensive care will enjoy the development benefits.
"We just don’t want to pour concrete and buy new windows and doors, but we want to re-organize the profession to get the latest universal access to level 3 care within 90 minutes" - said the Minister of State.
The program includes building improvements and equipment acquisition, and a special training for the professionals.
