These items were missing from our lives: the Toldi GPS and the Holy Crown-cap
A Hungarian artist, Pista Content, who lives in Uruguay, strikingly combined the Hungarian traditions and modern design, plus he gave a good dose of humor and a dash of irony to his products.
Thus the Hungarophilia product line, which includes such pieces as the Parliament building shaped orange wringer, the Toldi GPS with a rod path pointer, the Trianon party mix bowl set, the Holy Crown imitating knit hats or even an A.T.I. compasses, which reflects on Pataky Attila’s "unearthly experiences" and an Edda hit song.
The artist's own admission is that the family Hungarophilia is a subject to homesickness and love for the Hungarian historical legends.
The funny objects can viewed on the Hungarophilia webpage.
